Terms & Conditions

Payment Methods

We accept most major credit and debit cards. Bookings made online can be paid for by card via PayPal, or with a PayPal account.

Bookings made by phone can only be paid for by card. Bookings made in person at our box offices can be paid for by card, cash or cheque. Cheques must be made payable to “Evesham Arts Association”.

Booking Charges

Bookings made by phone or online are subject to a small charge. A further small charge is made if tickets are to be posted. Both charges are per transaction, not per ticket.

There is no charge for bookings made in person.

Payment at Time of Booking

All bookings must be paid for at the time they are made. We do not hold tickets without payment.

Incomplete online bookings are held for 1 to 4 hours and then automatically cancelled if still unpaid.

Refunds, Exchanges & Resales

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

At our discretion, it may be possible to exchange unwanted tickets for other seats, another performance of the same show, or for vouchers of equivalent value redeemable against tickets for future shows.

Tickets for sold-out shows may be returned to the Almonry Box Office for resale, but resale cannot be guaranteed.

Cancelled Events

If an event is cancelled, the ticket price will be refunded. However, any booking, card or postage fee incurred will not be refunded.

We will do our best to inform ticket holders of cancellations, but we will not be held responsible for inconvenience, travel costs or any other costs incurred as a result of the cancellation.

Age Restrictions

Some events have age restrictions, which we will make reasonable efforts to detail in the event information. Please bring proof of age if necessary.

Those not of the correct age may be refused admission and refunded only at the discretion of the box office staff.

Unless indicated otherwise, we consider 3 years to be the minimum age. To comply with fire regulations, all children must have a seat and a ticket.

Wheelchair Access & Seating

If wheelchair access or wheelchair seating is required, please contact the Box Office, who will advise what space is available at the venue.

Wheelchair seating must be requested at the time of booking, as not all venues will be able to accommodate wheelchairs due to access restrictions.

For this reason, bookings for wheelchair spaces can only be made in person or by phone.

Assistants & Carers

Patrons who would be unable to attend a show without the help of an assistant or carer are entitled to a free seat for their companion at events promoted by the Evesham Arts Association, marked “EAA”, if requested at the time of booking.

This offer may not apply to shows promoted by outside hirers, even if tickets are sold by the EAA.

Concession Tickets

If you cannot provide proof of entitlement to a concession, such as a current EAA membership card when buying a members’ ticket, you may be asked to pay the difference at the door or refused entry.

Fraudulent Bookings

We reserve the right to cancel tickets which we believe have been obtained fraudulently.
